[HD RP] WebGL build fails with "Texture2DArray is not supported on this platform/GPU"
-e: see title, errors are thrown so once you wade through them you know what it fails with, but should this be supported or not?
-repro:
--open attached project or create a new one with the HD RP template
--switch to webgl platfrom
--disable "autographics api"
--remove WebGL 1.0 from the graphics api list
--start webgl build
--NOTICE it fails, throwing errors
---"Texture2DArray is not supported on this platform/GPU"
