Having Postprocessing effects in a scene with more than a single camera causes a massive decrease in performance
To Reproduce:
1. Build the attached project to iOS.
2. Click 'On Secondary Camera' notice that the fps is nearly 10x lower and the response time is over 100ms in the scene which has two cameras.
3. Happens with other post-processing effects as well.
There is no noticeable fps difference when running this in standalone.
