Handles.Label() adds extra object label on the opposite side of scene view camera
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Press RMB and rotate scene view 180 degrees along Z axis(gif attached)
Expected vs Actual: there should not be an extra label on the opposite side of scene view camera
Reproduced: 5.5.5p1, 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b9, 2018.1.0a4
