Halo texture disappears from scene after making changes to Import Settings
1. Open the attached project 'HaloBug'
2. Open the available scene
3. Select the texture in Assets
4. In the Inspector window change 'Aniso Level' to any value
Result: Halo in the scene disappears
Note: After playing the scene, the Halo is back
Note: Reapplying the Halo Texture also works
Workaround: Having a 3D object with the texture applied to it in the scene
(workaround does not work in 5.4.0)
