GUISkin Button Style does not apply to Toolbar Buttons
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open attached ‘GUISkinButtonStyleBug.zip' Unity project
2.Go to Window->'Show GUISkin Window'
3.Observe buttons in the Test window
Expected results:
All buttons have red font color
Actual results:
GUI Style does not apply to toolbar buttons
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0a6, , 2017.2.0b10, 2017.1.1f1, 5.6.3p2, 5.5.4p4
