GUILayout.TextField overloads that have maxLength parameter cause NullReferenceExceptions
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (GUILayoutTextFieldBug.zip)
2. Go to Test -> Testing
3. Observe the console
Expected: specifying maxLength parameter in GUILayout.TextField doesn't cause exceptions and actually limits the length of the entered text
Reproduced in 5.6.5p2, 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.2f1, 2017.3.1p2, 2018.1.0b2, 2018.1.0b8, 2018.2.0a1
