Graphics.RenderPrimitives with MeshTopology.Lines renders triangles when the Shader has a variable with POSITION semantic
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Open the “Assets/OutdoorsScene“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: A circle is generated out of lines
Actual result: The circle is generated out of long triangles
Reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.14f1, 2023.3.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.17f1, 6000.0.0b11
Fixed in: 2023.3.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
