DrawProcedural doesn't render in single-pass stereo on Metal
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to project settings
3. Make sure that the Stereo Rendering Method is set to "Single Pass"
4. Also add "Split Stereo display (non head-mounted)" to the VR SDKs list
5. Enter Play mode
Result: Graphics.DrawProcedural draws geometry only in the left eye
Reproducible on: 5.4.3p3, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0b1, 2019.2.0a11

I'm also looking for a fix for this. especially annoying since (I think) you can't set a layer when using Graphics.DrawProcedural and then use a separate camera for each eye only rendering that layer...

Super annoying as there is no clear workaround - manually feeding an eye index doesn't work either (I'm guessing because the viewport isn't setup).
