Graph nodes can't be connected using touch screen controls
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a new URP project
2. Create a Shader or VFX Graph
3. Add a node (Float property)
4. Try connecting two nodes
*Actual results:* Edge creation freezes while dragging. Connection does not register when releasing
*Expected results:* Edge connection functions the same way as when using a mouse
*Reproducible with versions:* 2023.1.0a16, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.4f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.32f1, 2023.1.0a15
*Tested on (OS):* Win11
