Graph Inspector is not redrawn when user is changing the Precision of a Node via right click
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open or create a Project with the Shadergraph installed
# Create any Shadergraph and a Node in it
# Have the Graph Inspector open
# Right click the newly created Node and change "Precision" > to any
# Observe the Graph Inspector for that Node
# Unfocus and focus the Node and observe the Graph Inspector again
*Actual results:* When changing the Precision of a Node via right click, the Graph Inspector isn't redrawn
*Expected results:* The Graph Inspector is redrawn when changing the Precision of a Node when it is open and shows the type of Precision of the focused Node
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 10/11
