GPU profiling does not work in 5.4 & 5.5

Profiling

-

When trying to record GPU profiler the following note is shown: "GPU profiling is not supported by the graphics card driver"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open profiler
3. Go to "Add Profiler" -> GPU
3. Start play mode
-Notice "GPU profiling is not supported by the graphics card driver" note

Actual result: GPU profiler does not work in 5.5, 5.4
Expected result: GPU profiler should show GPU usage.

Reproduced on: 5.5.0b4, 5.4.1f1
Does not reproduce on: 5.3.6p5

    still the same with Unity 2019.2.9f2 and GTX1060 mobile :(

    Unity 5.5, 5.6 and 2017 same thing all versions with all patches one by one with 15 different drivers, Titan X GPU I think my GPU has too low performance for Unity haha :)

    Unity 5.6.1f1 + GeForce GTX 1060. Still doesn't work. Any ideas when it will be fixed or workarounds?

    5.6.1f1, I still have this message on 2 machines (2 PCs, one with a GTX960, the other with a GTX980).
