GoogleSheets NullRefException when pulling empty cell
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new String Table Collection for multiple languages (2 or more)
2. Add some entries for 1 language but leave 1 empty.
3. Push to Google Sheets
4. Pull from Google sheets (one of the Locale columns should be empty)
Expected result: No error is thrown
Actual result: Error is thrown
Reproducible with - 0.10.0-preview
Not reproducible with - 0.11.0-preview
