"GlobalObjectIdentifierToObjectSlow" returns Null when retrieving "GlobalObjectId" from GameObject inside a Prefab
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-97999” project
2. Try to run “GlobalObjectIdentifierToObjectSlow” function (TestBug > Test)
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Function returns object ID
Actual result: Function returns “null”
Reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
