[GLES2][PostProcessing] Invalid pass number for Graphics.Blit error is being spammed and scene is not rendered
To reproduce:
1. Import Corridor Lighting Example from asset store
2. Switch to iOS or Android platform and Graphics API to GLES2
3. Clean GI cache, rebake lighting
4. Build and run on device
Expected result: Scene should be rendered correctly
Actual result: Black screen and lots of errors
Reproduced with: Unity 2019.3.0a3, 2019.1.5f1, 2018.4.1f1
Graphics API: OpenGL ES 2
Devices: iPhone XS Max iOS 12.3, iPad Pro 10.5" iOS 10.3.3, iPhone SE iOS 11.4.1, iPad Mini 3 iOS 10.3.2
Workaround: Disable postprocessing script attached to main camera
