[OSX 10.8] RGB16 texture format results in black on Mac (071-TextureFormats gfx test)
On Mac (at least on AMD GPU we use in gfx tests), RGB16 texture format renders black image. Used to work properly on legacy GL.
Quite possibly the same issue in 179-16bitRT gfx test too (just there it has a render texture)
