[GL] Shader doesn't receive parameter from the script
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Make sure Graphics API is set to OpenGLCore or GLES3
3) Play and notice the half of object is glitchy
4) Open the Left-Unlit_Reverse shader and uncomment line 85
5) Play and notice the object is wrapped normally
Look at screenshots for expected/actual behavior
works fine on DX11, GLES2, OpenGL2
