Gizmos drawn using DrawGizmo attribute are drawn in random order if they have no parent
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "_GizmoTest"
3. Rotate the camera around the gizmo spheres
4. They should appear to be drawn in a random order
Additional steps
5. Try parenting all the "GizmoTest" objects to the first one and unselect "GizmoTest" object that were selected
6. Notice that draw order changes to the correct one
