[Gizmos] Gizmos drawn by Debug.DrawLines aren't seen in Prefab Mode
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_ 1123284"
2. Observe the drawn gizmos in the scene
3. Select GameObject in the Hierarchy and enter Prefab Mode
Actual: Notice that gizmos aren't drawn any more
Reproducible with: 2018.3.4f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4

Resolution Note:
Debug.DrawLine is runtime API and as such is assumed to belong to the Main Stage. Use Gizmos.DrawLine instead for drawing that's meant to be an editor visualization for a specific object. This works in Prefab Mode as well.
