"GitRepoService::MissingFileError" shown after renaming already commited script file
To reproduce:
1. In a new project, create a script named Test
2. Publish the script to Collab
3. Duplicate the script
4. Rename the original to OldTest and rename the class in the script to OldTest
5. Rename the duplicate to Test
6. Publish changes to Collab
Expected: publish works correctly without any errors
Reproduced in 5.5.2f1, 5.6.1p2, 5.6.2f1, 2017.1.0a6
Did not reproduce in 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0f2, 2017.2.0b1
Fixed in 2017.1.0b1
