[GI] Artifacts in Shaded view after baking
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Clear baked data and rebake
Expected: The scene is smooth
Actual: There are artifacts on the office's windows and in the corner of a wall
Reproduced in 2017.4.0f1, 2018.2.5f1, 2018.2.16f1, 2019.1.0a8
