Generic mecanim on ios slower than legacy system
To reproduce:
1. Open last attached (fixed) project
2. Build and run on iOS
3. Check internal profiler
4. Legacy is faster (details provided in edit)
Also it's slower in editor, around 1.4ms vs 2.1ms (with ±500 objects)
