Generated shader code ignores the type of the variable passed when passing a uint variable from vertex shader to 'surf' shader
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. In the Project window go to Scenes/SampleScene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: The first two cubes do not flicker
Actual result: The first two cubes flicker
Reproducible with: 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a7

Resolution Note:
As they are currently designed surface shaders manually pack interpolators following a specific set of rules, and they currently only support floats. We are moving away from surface shader with SRP so will not be adding support. If you want manual control then you will need to write a custom (non) surface shader.
