GameObject's position is not updating correctly when using [ExecuteAlways]
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1424891.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene (Assets/Scenes)
3. Observe the "Cube" GameObject in the Scene window
Expected result: The GameObject is moving up and down smoothly, updating every frame
Actual result: The GameObject moves only when interacting with the Editor
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0b5, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.1.0b4
Reproduced on: Windows 10 Pro
