[General]Cursor becomes very laggy when dragging file from Finder to the Editor on MacOS
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Drag any file or folder from Finder or Desktop over the Editor
3. Observe the cursor and the file following it
Expected result: The file following the cursor should not become laggy and unresponsive
Actual result: The file following the cursor becomes laggy and unresponsive
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0b1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.1.0a9
Reproducible on: MacOS 12.4 (21F79)
Note: Reproducible on both Apple Silicon and Intel Editors
