[GearVR] Changing RenderViewport Scale is delayed, not smooth
Upon changing the render viewport scale, the rescaling takes a frame longer than it should, causing a smaller viewport to be blitted to the screen before resizing the viewport and properly adjusting resolution. The transition to the smaller viewport should be smooth.
2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
1) Download the attached project (RenderScaleAnrdroid)
2) Open the ViewPortScene
3) Ensure Oculus support is enabled and deploy to android phone
4) Tap the screen to change the viewport scale
5) Observe the delayed re-scaling
