"GardenDraft_LightingSettings" Asset is included in the URP Sample Template
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D URP Sample project
2. In the Project window, go to Assets -> Scenes -> Garden -> Settings
3. Observe the Lighting Settings Assets
Expected results: There is only one Lighting Settings Asset
Actual results: There are two Lighting Assets, one is called "Draft" and another is called "Production"
Reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.6 (M1), Ubuntu 24
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
