GameObjects with Mesh Colliders jitter erratically when colliding with each other
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Press the Space key for a few times
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: GameObjects don't jitter when colliding
Actual result: GameObjects jitter when colliding
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a9, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0a8
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.36f1 (Error is thrown)

Resolution Note:
This is a problem in PhysX 4 that we cannot address before a newer SDK is available to us, unfortunately.
