Game View does not render "Render Texture" when creating it in runtime
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "CM2.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Game View should be visible with the Render Texture applied
Actual result: Game View is black, when Render Texture is applied
Reproduces on: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a20
