[WebGL] Fullscreen Post Processing Shader breaks when the project is built for the WebGL platform
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “WebGLProject“ project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press the “K” key on the keyboard, and then hold the “Left Shift” key to move the player underwater
4. Observe the Game View
5. Build and run the project (File > Build And Run)
6. Repeat step 3
7. Observe the Browser window
Expected result: The underwater is the same as in Play Mode
Actual result: The underwater is pink
Reproducible with: 2022.3.14f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.33f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a16 (Compilation errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
