How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import one of the attached PSD files
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.11f1, 2020.2.0b8, 2021.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.3.0a11
