FrameTimingManager GPU time stops working when pausing the app
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project '1375843.zip'
2. Build and Run the application on an Android device
3. Pause the application and resume it
Expected results: GPU frame time is updating and is marked with green color
Actual results: GPU frame time stops updating and is marked with red color
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.1.0a16
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0a13 (compile errors related to script)
