Frame Selected zooms out scene view camera too much on 2017.2 and 2017.3
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Select cube, press F
3. Select model, press F
Expected: scene view will be focused to model
Actual: scene view is zoomed out too much(gifs attached)
Reproducible: any 2017.2.0a1-2017.2.0f3, 2017.3
Not reproducible: 5.5.4p1, 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.2p1
