Frame is flipped upside down when using AttachmentDescriptor.ConfigureResolveTarget
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "MSAA_Flip_Bug"
2. Select the "Default-Renderer" in the project window
3. In the Inspector, change the value of "MSAA" between "Disabled" and the other ones while the Game window is in view
Expected result: MSAA gets applied correctly
Actual result: When MSAA value is greater than 1, the Game View gets flipped
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a8, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.2.0a7
