Frame Debugger has different from the other Editor windows font size
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the upper menu click Window → Analysis → Frame Debugger

4. Observe the font
Expected result: The font is the same size as the other text outside the Frame Debugger
Actual result: The font is bigger than the other text outside the Frame Debugger
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: This issue is not depending on the UI Scale, the font is always bigger
