FrameDebugger

-

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to File > Build Settings and Switch Platform to iOS
3. Tick Development Build checkbox
4. Build for iOS and open the Xcode project
5. Deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
6. Go back to the Editor
7. Open Window > Analysis > Frame Debugger
8. Select the connected device to debug and press Enable
9. Navigate through draw calls using the keyboard

Expected result: Frame data is displayed immediately
Actual result: 'Receiving frame event data...' is shown unless you move the mouse

Reproducible with: 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15
Can't test with: 2018.4.24f1 because of 'Incompatible Frame Debugger versions - player version was 14, editor version was 11' error

Reproduces on:
- iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 12.0)
- iPhone XR (iOS 13.4.1)
- iPad Air 2 (iOS 11.0.3)
- VLNQA00220, Samsung Galaxy Note9 (SM-N960F), Android 8.1.0, CPU: Exynos 9 Series 9810, GPU: Mali-G72
- Nintendo Switch

- Reproducible on Windows and macOS
- Not reproducible when navigating through Editor draw calls using a keyboard
