Folders are opening when trying to open them from Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Repro" project
2. In Project Window select the "Test" folder -> Mouse right-click -> Open
Expected result: Selected Folder is opened
Actual result: No folders are opened
Reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18
