Flickering orbs appear when using RenderTargetHandle
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “rendertargethandle-test-2022.2”
2. Open scene “ButoDemo_P”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: no flickering orbs are seen
Actual result: flickering orbs are seen
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.0a15
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.44f1, 2023.1.0b2 (due to compiler errors)
Reproducible on: macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (Intel)
Note: also reproducible in Standalone player
