Flickering occurs when both Emission and Volumetric Clouds are used simultaneously
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Project-S“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Open the Scene view
4. Observe the “Halo“ GameObject
Expected result: No flickering is visible
Actual result: Some flickering is visible
Reproducible in: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a9
Reproduced on: Windows 10, macOS 15.3.2 (user’s)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
