Flickering gizmos in the Scene view when the Game view is detached
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro_IN-90207“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Open the Game view (“Window → General → Game“)
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The Scene view gizmos don’t flicker
Actual result: The Scene view gizmos flicker
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 6000.0.31f1, 6000.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.54f1, 2023.2.0a13
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2), Windows 11 (23H2) (user’s environment)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Only reproducible when the “Pixel Perfect“ Component on the “Main Camera“ GameObject is enabled
