[Firefox] VideoPlayer has an occasional choppy playback
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build and run on WebGL
In Firefox, movie has an occasional choppy playback as if the screen shows some frames before the current one. More visible after the first loop. Does not reproduce in Chrome
Reproduced in 2017.1.0f3, 2017.1.1p4, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.0p3, 2018.1.0b1
Browsers tested - Firefox 57.0.2 (64-bit), Chrome Version 63.0.3239.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)

By Design??? i guess this bug is a feature because they don't know how to fix this.

Unity 2019 LTS running Webgl build on Firefox 89.0

That's really annoying. On Chrome everything works as expected. I'm using the video system since 6 months and most of the time I'm spending is for getting around fundamental video playback bugs in that system which is now more than 1 year old...
