Filter opaque color uses wrong color space
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a filter that simply returns an opaque color
- Apply the filter to some VisualElement and set the color to opaque 50% gray.
- Look at the color in the editor vs Test 361
Actual results:
The color looks than expected in some cases
