Fill Percentage of "iPad Launch Screen" is used for iPhone when setting "iPhone Launch Screen" Fill Percentage
How to reproduce:
1. Build the user’s attached “bugreport.zip” project for iOS
2. Open the Xcode file
3. Open “LaunchScreen-iPhone.storyboard” and observe the result
Expected result: A black square is 100% of the screen width
Actual result: A black square is 50% of the screen width
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.0b6, 2023.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.1.0a11
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: the screen was just white with 2023.2.0b6, 2023.3.0a2 Editor versions
