Files checkboxes remain unchecked when selecting the 'All' option in Collaborate
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached '1382253-sample' project
2. Go to 'Window -> Collaborate'
3. Check the 'All' checkbox
Expected result: All checkboxes are checked
Actual result: Only the 'All' checkbox is checked
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a19, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.0a18
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1 (no 'All' checkbox)

Not only the checkbox but also the entire list of modified files does not update over time causing problems. In fact, it happens to restore a line that indicates a file but instead the operation is performed in a different file.
