[FB] application icon missing from gameroom build
-e: icon just not shown despite being set
-repro:
--open attached project
--make a windows standalone build
--notice the exe has the set icon
--switch to FB
--make gameroom/windows build
--NOTICE exe file has no icon

In 5.6.x and 2017.1 too
