False positive shader stripping for user-provided shader when using the "LIGHTMAP_ON" preprocessor directive
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “LightmapShaderVariants“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Build And Run
4. Observe the Player
Expected result: The “Cube” GameObject is green
Actual result: The “Cube” GameObject is purple
Reproduced with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: Not reproducible when “Lightning Modes” is set to “Custom” and all checkboxes are selected (Edit > Project Settings > Graphics > “Shader Stripping”)
