[Tutorial]Failed to change flags error thrown on playing tutorials
Editor throws "Failed to change file flags" error on opening the tutorial.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the editor.
2. Select 'Learn' option on the create project window.
3. Click on download and then start.
4. Let the tutorial srart.
5. Observe the error in consoles.
Reproducible on: 2018.2.0a7, 2018.2.0a5, 2018.2.0a1
Working fine on: 2018.1.0b13, 2018.1.0b1
Environment:
Occurs only on mac

Every time I come back to unity I receive around 30 error messages "Failed to change file flags/....".
Its pretty annoying. Please fix or let us know some work around for a quick fix.
