Player crashes when build and run with DirectX12 API
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new project
2. File >build settings >
3. Switch to the Facebook platform and set the target platform to Gamesroom
4. Build and Run
Actual Result:
1. Build opens with facebook games room application
2. Player crashes
