Everything in Launcher window is bigger resulting in buttons being cut off
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity 2018.2.0a6
Expected: input fields, buttons, text in Launcher are not bigger than in previous versions and nicely fit in the window
Reproduced in 2018.2.0a6
Did not reproduce in 2018.2.0a5
Regression introduced in 2018.2.0a6
