Event added to animation window, which is linked to sequence editor, doesn't get activated

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play test scene
Result: Skeleton animations are playing, but event is not activated. You don't get a message in console

3. To see where is event you can open timeline window and select Skeleton game object in hierarchy
4. Double click on one of the keys in second animation track
5. Animation windows opens and you can see that it has event attached
