Errors "Asset Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.universal/.../ thrown when creating project using Universal 3D Template, build and running project fails
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 3D Template
2. Wait for the project to load
3. Observe the Console window
Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a3

- The issue is reproducing only on certain machines, not all machines encounter errors when creating a new project. Error can be inconsistent.

Latest issues
- Project Auditor Analysis is not marked dirty when the save file is deleted even after reopening the Project Auditor window
